Hospitality built on trust

Our heritage. Your peace of mind.

Nileborn is a new brand, built on our families’ experience in Egyptian tourism since 1980 and our founders’ international business and hospitality experience. We honour that heritage through clear communication, honest recommendations and care in every detail.

  • 01

    Named before you pay

Your hotel, ship and cabin category are named in the written proposal. If anything changes later, you approve it first.

  • 02

    Shown, not described

With the proposal you receive current photographs and specifications of the actual hotel and ship, so you know what you are paying for.

  • 03

    An identified company

Your contract is with Creative Basket, Egypt, part of AHG Group. Your written proposal will identify the operator and booking terms before payment.

  • 04

    One contact, start to finish

A named Nileborn contact looks after your journey from arrival to departure, with a written plan for flights, ship and health.

  • 05

    No commission stops

No papyrus shops, perfume factories or carpet schools. Our guides are paid by us, not by what you buy.

  • 06

    Honest about the ground

Tombs have steps, ships have gangways, Cairo has traffic. Tell us about mobility or dietary needs before you book and we will tell you plainly what is and is not possible.

Questions travellers ask

Are international flights included?

No. You book your own flights to Cairo, which keeps the price transparent across countries. We tell you the arrival window that works best, and we meet you inside the terminal whatever time you land.

Is this a group trip or a private one?

Both exist. Scheduled departures take 8 to 12 travellers with one Egyptologist. The Private / VIP add-on gives your party its own Egyptologist and driver on any date.

Who am I actually dealing with, and when do I pay?

Your contract is with Creative Basket, Egypt, part of AHG Group, named on every page. Nothing is paid until you approve a written proposal that names your hotel, ship and every inclusion.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer to our Egyptian bank account once your proposal is approved, or ask us about other payment options for your country. Account details are sent with your confirmation, never before, and we never ask for cash on arrival.

I have limited mobility. Can I do this trip?

Possibly, and we will be honest. Tombs have steps and ramps, ships have gangways, and Giza is uneven. Tell us before booking and we will walk through each day with you.

Why the early starts?

Because the Valley of the Kings at 7 a.m. and at 11 a.m. are two different places. We start early, finish before the heat, and build rest into every afternoon.

Ready when you are

Tell us your dates, or ask a question first. The team contacts you to confirm availability and booking terms, in English.

Or send the form and the team will contact you.
