Four steps, nothing paid until step three. The written proposal is the contract.

Tell us your dates
Send a request with your dates, party and add-ons, or ask a question first. The team reviews it and contacts you.

Receive a written proposal
It names your hotel, ship, cabin category, guide language and every inclusion, with current photographs and the final price.
- 03
Approve, then pay the deposit
Only once you approve the proposal do we send payment instructions: bank transfer to the Egyptian bank account of Creative Basket, Egypt, or another option agreed with you. Deposit and balance amounts and dates are stated in the proposal.

Travel with one contact
A named Nileborn contact looks after you from arrival in Cairo to departure, with a written plan for every flight and ship.
