Our story begins in Upper Egypt, where our fathers and grandfathers have welcomed and guided travellers since 1980. From them, we inherited a deep knowledge of Egypt, trusted relationships built over decades, and the warmth, courtesy and care that make every guest feel welcome.
We are four entrepreneurs with roots in Luxor, Aswan and Asyut. Our own journeys took us around the world: building businesses, working in multinational companies, and gaining hospitality experience across the United States, the United Kingdom and beyond. Along the way, we learned what makes travel feel effortless, and how much thoughtful work happens behind the scenes.
We created Nileborn to bring that experience home. We combine our families’ local knowledge and trusted connections with an international outlook to create luxurious, seamless cultural journeys through Egypt. Journeys that bring you closer to its history, its people and its living traditions, with elegance and comfort at every stage. For us, luxury is personal attention, well-considered details and the freedom to enjoy the moment. Your hotel, ship and cabin category are named in the written proposal. If anything changes later, you approve it first.

With the proposal you receive current photographs and specifications of the actual hotel and ship, so you know what you are paying for.

An identified company
Your contract is with Creative Basket, Egypt, part of AHG Group. Your written proposal will identify the operator and booking terms before payment.

A named Nileborn contact looks after your journey from arrival to departure, with a written plan for flights, ship and health.

No commission stops
No papyrus shops, perfume factories or carpet schools. Our guides are paid by us, not by what you buy.

Tombs have steps, ships have gangways, Cairo has traffic. Tell us about mobility or dietary needs before you book and we will tell you plainly what is and is not possible.
